The German playwright Falk Richter is born in Hamburg in 1969. Already while studying linguistic, philosophy and theatre at the University of Hamburg, he wrote and directed his own plays. Later on he has worked as a director, playwright and translator at several European theaters. From 2006/2007 he was “house-writer” for the Berlin Schaubühne and his plays have been played over all in Denmark during the last ten years.
