The last seven seconds of the life of an American fighter pilot, before his plane crashes to the ground. He is heading for his target. He sees the plane’s failed computer in front of him, the desert under him and in his head – his family: Marge out shopping, the children playing, Marge in front of the television. The play is a sadly composed oratorio, when the provincial American weekday melts together with the burning war hell. First performed at Schauspielhaus am Pfauen, Zürich, 2003.
