LÆRKE SANDERHOFF (b. 1976) is a graduate from the dramatist department at The Danish National School of Performing Arts. In addition, she also has a master in writing TV-series from The National Film School of Denmark, has studied dramaturgy at Aarhus University and been a part of the Arteur-programme at The Innovation Centre of the Performing Arts.
She had her debut as a playwright in 2005 and has written several scripts for the stage for both adults, children and youngsters as well as scripts for short- and feature films.
Lærke Sanderhoff received Reumert jury’s special prize for THE SUNFISH in 2009 and in 2015 she won a Robert Award for her film adaptation of the script. She has just received a nomination for a Reumert Award for Best Playwright 2017 for her script LEV MENNESKE.
