Arthur Miller (1915-2005), two times Pulitzer Prize-winning American playwright, fiction writer and screenwriter. Considered to be one of the most important American playwrights of recent times. Recipient of countless awards and honors. During his studies at the University of Michigan, his interest in the Greek tragedy and Henrik Ibsen was aroused which influenced some parts of his writing.
