A cheerful homage to the versatile Danish costume and life artist, Tone Bonnén (1914 - 1980). Brøgger paints a heroic portrait of an idealized mother figure, a full-blown woman, from whom love flows freely towards everything and everyone. In her person, Tone gathers all notions of female desire. This generosity is simultaneously accompanied by a demonic conjuration: the dark side of the lust.
