The very beautiful and catchy music is written by Fredrik Kempe and gives new life to Carin and Kay Pollak’s award-winning film about an internationally acclaimed conductor, who returns to his childhood town, where he takes over the little church choir whose members are somewhat of a colorful crowd. With warmth and intensity the musical depicts the journey that begins when ties are joined, new hostilities arise and when love begins to blossom. The musical opened at the Oscars Theater in Stockholm on September 13, 2018, and became a great success.
