It isn’t easy being in twelve year old Dennis P’s shoes. He is the only boy in his class who still hasn’t developed hair – “down there!" His fussy mother still has not recovered from the death of his father. Dennis P is madly in love with the cutest girl in his class Karen Elise, but so is his best friend Mick and she prefers him. But everything changes when a cool angel gives him license to perform miracles. All of a sudden Dennis gets a hold on things – at least for a while.
