In the beginning, an iron gives up and explodes. Towards the end, a person gives up. In between these two events, Klara’s relationship takes place. She is in her early thirties and until recently she worked as an instructions copy writer. With her increasing rebelliousness and subversive texts she has provoked her own firing. Thus, Klara attempts to find a new job and most of all she seeks to find herself. However, the only thing she finds is men who can’t help her. They all long after something different from what they have. Everyone is trapped inside themselves, attempting to succeed in new relationships. This play is a tragi-comic portrayal of the irreparable loneliness of the modern human being and the love-illiteracy of the time.
