This is a raw confrontation with the misfit and at the same time a musical and lyrical homage to the outsiders and those who move at borders. The stage is set at a freaky hotel somewhere in the ramified night of the city. It could be in any city, the dark side of which has given substance to the “black” poets of world literature such as Bukowski, Burroughs, Rimbaud, Sylvia Plath and others. Poets who risked their lives when extending the borders for human experience. Inspired by texts and fates from the treasury of this genre Asmussen and others have created a dramatic and musical montage which leads us into a universe full of dark poetic beauty and brutal humour.
