The film version of DREAMGIRLS stars Beyonce, Jamie Foxx and Eddie Murphy. Two years later, in December 1983, his popular musical THE TAP DANCE KID (Lyrics by Robert Lorick) opened at the Broadhurst Theatre on Broadway, winning two Tony Awards. In February 2000, Mr. Krieger introduced a new musical at TheatreWorks of Palo Alto, California, entitled EVERYTHING'S DUCKY (Book by Bill Russell and Jeffrey Hatcher, Lyrics by Bill Russell).
