Set in a Blue Mountains TB sanitorium from 1939 to 1945. The story of what
happens to a group of TB patients who must wait to be cured as the world is
engulfed in the second world war. The disease has determined everyone’s
lives. Some patients die, others live, and in the end a sense of hope prevails
over despair.
