Astrid Lindgren’s well-known children’s book in an adaptation for open-air theatre. The story is set during a few summer months in 1964. It deals with the Stockholm family Melkerson as they are on a holiday on the little island of Saltkråkan (The Seacrow Island): Mr. Melkerson and his four children. From the moment they arrive on the ferry to the happy end of the play, a series of events take place in and around the cosy farm in which they reside.
