A group of old friends, who graduated in 1975, are gathered with their respective partners at the yearly garden party. Everything is blissful. Or is it…? Before sunrise, several occurrences have taken place underneath the apple trees. Somehow nothing has changed and yet nothing is quite as it used to be. Those who used to believe, have not only lost faith, they have also failed the attempt to pass along the idealism of their youth to their children.
