Many Danes warmly remember Poul Reichhardt singing ‘Are you in contact with the birds in the sky’. When mentioning the name Morten Korch, the talk is about true Danish popular comedy. Furthermore, in this stage adaptation, several wonderful songs from the Danish film treasure that are known by all Danes have been added.
At the Hilltop Farm we follow the story about the widowed Anna who is left in great debt. Her brother-in-law Jonas has a borrower’s note to the farm and is planning to take it over. Though fortunately the three tramps, Martin, Peter Mischief and John The Tiler arrive and the latter has a vague memory of an old hidden passbook. But then the only question left is where exactly the book is located!
A great, classic family comedy!
