Harald is deeply grateful for the benefits of the welfare state. He lives alone, playing wretched violin as a hobby, and has a light job as a custodian at Thorvaldsen Museum, where he is trying to protect the ancient treasures from pokemon-hunters. Additionally, he strives to live a quiet life, secluded from the world of 2017 and the noise of the web. But when a new, beautiful violin teacher walks through the door, he is knocked off his feet and realises that he must get into the game and the digital era to win the heart of a young woman of today. This requires training with his self-centered globetrotting family as his tutors.
