Feli and Pep could have been a fine couple. If it wasn’t for Feli’s longing for the unknown and her desire to flirt with what is new.
However, she does not meet the new in another man, but in Lil. Feli throws herself 100% into the new relationship. She wants to travel with Lil to her native country, sunshine and freedom beckoning her.
But instead of having her lust for life satisfied, Feli meets a foreign culture, a language she does not speak, and a family that is not hers. Initially, Lil tries to give Feli a new life and finds a job for her, but Feli does not really settle in – neither in the new relationship nor in the foreign country.
