A fine play about friendship, art and love – and how these elements exclude one another: two young people play in the same band. They are not lovers, but deeply involved with one another, yet very different. The dramatic conflict is driven by Richard playing Russian roulette – playing with death, a game which makes both of them realise that art may bring people closer together than love.
