Comedy in three acts
1 Set
This play is an account of a history teacher’s obstinate and rude rebellion against existing morality as well as set values, which both shocks and amazes his surroundings. His rebellion also causes nightmare like confrontations with his wife and mother-in-law, as a result of his restlessness and hopeless search after something. Eventually, however, he succeeds in gaining some sort of emotional certainty that this ‘something’ and personal cleansing process has been completed successfully. The play offers an intellectual and deep dialog that is both comical and merciless.
