“Memories light the corners of my mind…” Two linked plays about growing up
in the outer western suburbs of Sydney. The first, The Way I Was, looks at
adolescence and the confusion of young love. The companion piece, Where
Are We Now? jumps twenty years to Warwick the successful TV host
returning to his roots in supposed triumph, but it becomes a night of emotional
reunion with the past. The two plays can be performed separately.
