The play takes place in a pink bedroom. A woman (30) is sitting on the bed dressed in a provocative, see-through nightgown. Her husband (40), a travelling businessman, enters. Their conversation about their marriage develops into a fight. The husband has to go to Chicago and leaves. The woman calls for her young lover who is standing in the background, laughing loudly. The doorbell rings, but she does not open. This is a somewhat surreal play which has not been performed yet.
