An old Sicilian folk myth dramatised by Fo as a strong allergy on power ( relation between lord and peasant ). The play is part of the Mistero Buffo collection and tells the story about a peasant, who works hard and loses everything to a master because of his position. Just before hanging himself Jesus pardons him with the gift og speech - the veapon of poetry.
