This is a modern digital comedy about terror, mobile phones and the lack of communication. One very ordinary day in a European city, the airport is subject to a terror attack. Two of the characters in the play are in the middle of the blazing inferno, whilst two others are prevented from contacting them. The terrible event throws our four characters into an emotional free-fall, which will change their lives forever. We follow these characters from the explosion, through a series of breathless situations involving wrong mobile phones and cut off connections, until the four meet in a hotel room somewhere in the city. Meanwhile their mobile phones – their world identity has been taken away from them. The play is a black comedy about lonely people of today, who have chosen to be homeless – thus, people who are very mobile. It is a relevant present drama from one of the leading dramatists of Europe – and it is a rebellion against today’s need for constant accessibility and a perfect surface.
