This play takes place in a futuristic computerised Ministry of Identity, where a young woman arrives to get a new identity card. In a joke she had given wrong details and so now she wishes to have it amended. However, the computer is not programmed for such ‘mistakes’ and therefore, the computerised secretary, lacking any compassion, gives the visitor first grade grief, causing her to collapse. Additionally, in the end both women are trapped in the office, as the exits are also controlled by machines.
