C. S. Lewis’ magical universe frames this musical about the four brothers and sisters Lucy, Susan, Peter and Edmund who are evacuated to stay with an older professor after Second World War. The professor is an expert on wonders and as it turns out, his house is rather unusual. Consequently, one follows Lucy and her brothers and sister through the professor’s wardrobe and into the magical world of Narnia, where a wicked witch is making life miserable for Mr. and Mrs. Beaver, the Forest God Tumnus as well as for the rest of Narnia’s inhabitants. The white witch has gained power and spreads around evil and eternal winter everywhere. Aslan, the lion, is the only one who can challenge the winter witch and so the children help him. But then Edmund’s treachery threatens to ruin everything. Will Aslans’ strength be mighty enough to conquer all evil and lift the curse? Lewis' story is a tribute to the fantasy universe of children, and the musical contains many nutte and amazing characters resembling the ones in Lewis Carrols’ ""Alice in Wonderland"" Orchestration: Full Score Rehearsal Score Violin Flute/Piccolo Clarinet/Sax Trumpets Trombone Horn Tuba Guitar Percussion
