This is the story about a daughter whose father can only love her as a continuance of his own identity, and not as an independent individual. It is also about the daughter’s painful emancipation when her attempts on independency shatters the illusion of the good, protective father.
She is a child of our time: All traditions have been broken, all concepts of fate and religion are challenged and the family is crumbling. The only thing she has left is herself. The love child Iphigenia must create her own destiny.
