One must always try to avoid: Orphans and Widows!
Three youngsters live in a revolutionary commune in the outskirts of the city. Their narrowed world mostly centers on getting things to work in the house while they pass the time with discussions and sex.
Czech is the eldest of the three, he inherited the house where Ali and Buchs have moved in. He does not know exactly what he intends to do with himself and his life. Buchs came from an Eastern European country with his father. He spends most of his time in the basement, where he has set up a darkroom. And Ali, who grew up in changing residential communities, has broken off her studies and works at the railworks.
While the three youngsters are still trying to figure out, whether it is worth living and what for, violent clashes between police and protesters break out outside. And now the question is: Should they walk out into the tear gas clouds or stay safe inside?
