A well made dramatizing of Strindberg’s lustful and vigorous story from the Sherries in Stockholm. Carlsson, who moves in at Widow Madame Flod’s farm in Hemsö. He builds up the farm’s running and crowns himself by marrying the widow. He tries to overtake the farm, but is met by opposition led by the widow’s son. Arlmark presents an amazing set of characters full of energy and mood in the harsh Swedish nature.
