A futuristic story about the hunt for a lost prince. Two nations have been at war for decades. Felix, a young army officer, is sent on a mission to find and kidnap the heir to the enemy’s throne. The illegitimate prince, who is the dying king's only son, has been placed with a family of black marketers at a lighthouse in the no-man’s land separating the two countries. Felix finds the prince, who at first is dismissed as an idiot because he has Down’s Syndrome, but later proves to have his own agenda, as he turns out to be a powerful and articulate leader. Vizki paints a vivid picture of a hard-boiled, fragmented and violent society where everyone fends for themselves. Unusual alliances are formed between people for reasons of financial, sexual or political gain. The play is a mixture of fairy tale, science fiction and thriller. Translated into English.
