It’s winter in Paris and the snow showers are falling thickly. On the empty stage in a cold theatre two elderly actors are rehearsing on a play. They have never worked together before and only know each other as former celebrities. One of them works intuitively, the other one intellectually and the last mentioned, who is in charge of the staging, has putted together the program; literary pearls presented in clown costumes with pantomimic and artistic elements. That leads to several clashes, but no matter how much the two hate each other, the show must go on. This Moliére-prize-winning French chamber play works in different layers; It’s a tragicomic duel between two loners, but furthermore a play, which treats themes as age and loneliness.
