Cassandra Clarke’s heart is broken, when her lover leaves her behind. She needs change of air and goes to Australia to work with the flying doctors. There she meets the farmers, who have never met a female doctor before. She is challenged by the doubt of the patients and colleagues, but refuses to give up.
