The action takes place in a deserted residential area on the outskirts of town, where Darko, a resigned alcoholic, meets the drug whore, Motte. They begin to long after something more – something real – the blue blue sea.
With an unconventional and anarchistic way of writing Stockmann tells a story about wrecked love and lost hope. The play presents poetic energy and a grotesque humor and premiered at the Schauspiel in Frankfurt in 2010.
