Norbert Ebel (b. 1958). German playwright. Studied theater, Romance philology and literature at the Freie Universität in Berlin. During his studies, he worked as an assistant director and a lecturer at a performing rights agency. Since 1988, he has been active as a director and dramaturge at various theaters. Norbert Ebel has received numerous distinctions and awards for his dramatic work.
