An epic in two parts, partly inspired by E. M. Forster’s HOWARD’S END. The action takes place in New York one generation after the peak of the AIDS crisis and follows three generations of gay men, some haunted by the past, others hungry for a future. Their lives are randomly interlinked and colliding with powerful outcomes. What do we owe to those who lived and loved before us and what part do we play for those who come after us? Many ‘Best New Play’-Awards, including the 2019 Laurence Olivier Award.
