In a mixture of magic realism and manic vaudeville, Noah Haidle travels in time through an unusual family drama of three generations. The twins exchange philosophical reflections, while they are in their mother’s belly. The daughter, Beauty, eats soil and does not speak anymore. The father drives away, not to return and a man named Footnote is our guide… An emotional fairy tale is told with lots of humour – a fairy tale about love and its limits presented with the narrative means of the theatre.
