English original text

‘Sister’ and ‘Her’ have been brought up by abusive parents struggling with addictions. They are trying to navigate the adult world and escape the hand they have been dealt. The play is structured as a series of short, sharp, poetically written scenes which often flow seamlessly into one another. These chart the sisters’ downward spiral and the shift in their relationship as ‘Her’, who as a child benefited from her older sister’s protection, finds herself suddenly forced to return the favour.
