Behind the human form there is a surprisingly mature philosophy in the comedy. The author’s style is distinctly realistic and completely without illusions but she has interweaved a poetic touch of sensitive teenage dreams. The shabby port-environment is not depressing in itself. The play gives good parts to all the actors.
