The two counts, Gyllenbubbla and Silverpluska have a secret plan and that is to fool the king. They want to give him a bewitched pill that makes him obey their every order. But luckily the king’s daughter and chief’s son have over heard the counts when discussing the wicked but rather unwise plan of theirs. So together with the king, they set up a cunning trap in order to catch the two treacherous collaborators.
