This is the third play in Marber’s trilogy, which is set in London: we follow the middle aged showbiz agent, Howard Katz, who is going through a tough midlife crisis. The author takes Katz through an almost King Lear fashioned existentialistic storm that concurrently expands his spirit as well as calms him down.
Theme-wise, the play is similar to Arthur Miller’s ‘Death of a Salesman’ and is a very gripping kaleidoscopic dream play that spans from highly hilarious and sarcastic scenes to hell itself.
