HONEY TONGUES is a modern lifestyle comedy about four friends – two beautiful and successful women, and two less beautiful and successful: Sara, Tamara, Lis and Eva come together occasionally to prepare dinners for each other in their sewing circle. At first, it looks like an ordinary flock of women with problems, but gradually it is clear that there are tough intrigues beneath the surface: They talk behind each other’s backs, criticise and deceive each other – one is even sleeping with one of the other’s husband. The competition regarding who has the nicest clothes and who can prepare the most advanced dinners is immense. The story proceeds with effortless ease and the straightforward dramaturgy makes the text playable and easily digested.
