Blood Brothers takes place in Liverpool during the 1960’ies and 70’ies. It is a story about two twins, Eddie and Mickey who are born into poverty, separated shortly after birth and therefore grow up in different lifestyles. Throughout childhood they regularly come across each other, ignorant of their true connection. They even fall in love with the same girl and at one point are banned from seeing each other. Nevertheless, since fatally bonded, they become blood brothers.
Blood Brothers is a contemporary musical, rich on excitement, romance, jealousy and intrigues as well as dancing and singing. It is a warm and entertaining performance for teenagers and adults.
