This is a most gripping and original play about the eternal triangle. It focuses on the 30 years old hypnotist, Anna who is in the process of moving. With her is Lynn, who is in her early twenties and is both her tenant and patient. The atmosphere is rather tense and claustrophobic as they are both edgy because they await a male visitor. Though not just any man as it is Lynn’s Father David. Tragically, over the last 18 months while hypnotised by Anna, Lynn has ‘admitted’ to her Father sexually abusing her in early childhood. However, David strongly denies these accusations. And so the real questions are, who carries the truth? Is it psychologically possible to manipulate a false memory under hypnosis? And also, is it perhaps Anna herself, who is trying to cope with childhood abuse? It is certainly a disturbing psychological drama that offers three brilliant parts.
