NORDISKA’s website and newsletters
NORDISKA protects your personal information and we are aware of the need for protection and proper handling of the personal information we collect from you.

Authors, Agents, Rights holders
If you are an author, agent or other right holder who has a contract of representation with us, we will also have to collect your bank details in order to make payment of royalties we have collected on your behalf.
Information related to the royalty income is generated in our systems and stored. Third parties we use in order to deliver our services to you are E-Conomic (Accounting), Salesforce (Database and Settlements), Office 365 (Outlook / Word / Excel) and MailChimp (Newsletters).
For Danish inhabitants, we also store CPR numbers as we are required by law to report your income to SKAT (Danish Tax Authorities).
Theatres, producers and other customers
If you have been in contact with NORDISKA in relation to showing interest or applying for licensing rights we will log this in our system. We collect name, email, phone and company/workplace and possibly address or other ways of contact. This includes all communications including our webpage, per telephone, text message, email or in oral comminication.
We collect this information in order to provide you with the best possible service.
Who do we share your personal data with?
NORDISKA does not sell your personal data to third parties.
Personal data is only shared, if needed, with:
– selected and trusted third parties in order to deliver a service ordered by you
– business partners to register and maintain your user account
– trusted and GDRP compliant system developers in ordered to improve our internal systems and our service to you
How do we store your information?
Your data is stored on servers in the EU. Information can also be stored physically in paper format at our offices. Some personal information is administered by third parties (data processing), which stores and processes personal data on behalf of NORDISKA in accordance with this data policy and the applicable data protection laws.
We keep only the personal information as long as we see necessary for the purposes stated above or otherwise required by applicable law.
