Jan-Erik Sääf was born in 1962 in Halmstad and is a Swedish composer, lyricist and musician. He graduated from Musikhøjskolen in Malmö. His compositions include many different genres but with musical theater as a thread. First of all, he has written 12 performances, from these especially THE BLACK WIDOW and PERSONALS are well-known. He also has a large production of theatremusic and since 2009 he has been resident composer at Moomteatern in Malmö, where he in addition to take care the music for all productions, also contributes as a musician.
