Welcome to the roaring 1920s. New York is filled with dollars, decadence and big dreams. The cautious young man, Nick, moves from the Midwest to the East Coast to become a stockbroker and get a taste of New York’s economic boom. Here he meets the enigmatic gentleman, Jay Gatsby, who invites him to glamorous parties in his pompous mansion. Gatsby’s only goal is to get rich so he can regain his lost love, Southern beauty Daisy, who is married to a brutal womaniser, Tom Buchanan. Nick helps resurfacing the romance between Daisy and Gatsby, but the moment happy end is within reach a fateful tragedy strikes.
